Mercodia胰高血糖素ELISA試劑盒是一種帶有CE/IVD標識的高特異性和高靈敏度的免疫分析試劑，用于檢測血漿和血清中的胰高血糖素。

該試劑盒中使用的高特異性單克隆抗體能夠準確測定胰高血糖素，且與其他循環的胰高血糖素原衍生肽（如胰高血糖素腸肽）之間幾乎沒有交叉反應。

自2020年10月1日起，Mercodia胰高血糖素ELISA試劑盒（貨號10-1271-01）的檢測協議已更新為默認順序檢測法，消除了對胰高血糖素腸肽的交叉反應。如果需要運行舊的同步檢測協議，請參考技術說明TN34-161。
