F4/80是一種160 kDa的膜糖蛋白，屬于EGF-TM7家族。F4/80在大多數組織巨噬細胞上表達，包括腹膜、肺、腸、胸腺和脾紅髓巨噬細胞，以及Kuffer細胞、朗格漢斯細胞、骨髓基質細胞和樹突細胞的亞群。F4/80的同源配體尚未確定，但在小鼠中的研究表明，F4/80對細胞因子的產生和誘導調節性T細胞是重要的。
