Description	A DNA sequence encoding the receptor binding domain (RBD) of 2019-nCoV spike was expressed in human cells and fused with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Molecular Weight	The recombinant receptor binding domain (RBD) of 2019-nCoV spike consists of 457 amino acids and predicts a molecular weight of 51.5 kDa.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Bioactivity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ACE2 protein (His tag) at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD, mFc Tag)(BLPSN-0981P),the EC50 of 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD, mFc Tag) is 15-50ng/mL.
Formulation	Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Stability	The 2019-nCoV Spike Protein is stable for up to 1 year from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃.
Usage	For Research Use Only
Storage	Store the 2019-nCoV Spike Protein under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
