產品活性：Itraconazole-d9 是 Itraconazole 的氘代物。 Itraconazole (R51211) 是一種三唑類抗真菌藥，也是一種有效的口服活性的 Hedgehog 信號通路拮抗劑，IC50 約為 800 nM。Itraconazole 可有效抑制羊毛甾醇 14α-脫甲基酶 (Cytochrome P450) ，從而抑制羊毛甾醇向麥角固醇的氧化轉化。Itraconazole 具有抗癌和抗血管生成作用。 Itraconazole 也是一種 oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) 抑制劑。
