^{體外：Alpelisib (BYL-719) 有效抑制 2 種最常見的 PIK3CA 體細(xì)胞突變（H1047R、E545K；IC₅₀s~4 nM）。 Alpelisib 有效抑制 PI3Kα 轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞中的 Akt 磷酸化 (IC₅₀=74±15 nM)，并且在 PI3Kβ 或 PI3Kδ 亞型轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞中顯示出顯著降低的抑制活性（與 PI3Kα 相比≥15 倍）[2]。
