| 簡介 | CT26細胞是被N-亞硝基-N-甲基脲烷（ NNMU ）誘導得到的未分化的小鼠結腸癌細胞 ，該細胞的一個克隆形成的細胞 系被命名為CT26.WT。CT26.WT被逆轉錄病毒載體LXSN穩定轉化形成了一個致死性的亞克隆CT26.CL25 ，這一病毒 載體含有lacZ基因、編碼腫瘤相關抗原（ TAA ）和beta半乳糖苷酶。CT26.WT和CT26.CL25細胞在小鼠中生長速度 和致死率都很相似 ，不同的是CT26.CL25細胞可以表達腫瘤相關抗原和beta半乳糖苷酶 ，因此這兩株細胞可以聯合用 于和宿主免疫反應的研究。 |
