Components

For the intracellular molecules, cells were ?xed and permeabilized using ?xation and permeabilization buffer (BD Biosciences) for 15 min at room temperature ?rst. After two washes with perm/wash buffer (BD Biosciences), the cells were stained with intracellular antibodies in wash buffer including Ki67 (Clone: B56) and IFN-Y (Clone: B27) (Source: BD Biosciences, USA) for 15 min without light exposure. After two washes with PBS, the cells were loaded on a ?ow cytometry machine for detection. Speci?cally, intracellular IFN-Y detection was required prior to overnight operation by GolgiPlug in 1: 1000 work concentration, a protein transporter inhibitor (BD Biosciences, USA).
