EP歐洲藥典中的格式要求

一、文本要求

1、各論描述中，名稱只出現(xiàn)一次，其余位置使用“the substance to be examined" or "the preparation to be examined"。

2、EP描述中，操作條件沒有特殊規(guī)定的，均指在室溫下15～25?C。

3、各論描述中，若存在交叉引用，詳細(xì)描述都放在檢查下。

4、數(shù)字都使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字符號。

5、溶劑未指明，均指水。

6、溶液配制時有注意事項的，都寫在開頭，如：

Carry out the test protected from light. 檢測過程中需避光。
Prepare the solutions immediately before use. 溶液需現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用。
Store the solutions at 2-8 °C and use them within 6 h / 8 days. 溶液需在2~8度下貯存并在6h/8天內(nèi)使用。

7、幾種溶液混合的，按體積/重量大小排序，小的在前，相同的時候按字母排序。

8、各論標(biāo)題名稱，活性成分在前。同時需明確水合物或溶劑合物組成。

9、EP對稱因子要求主峰的在0.8～1.5之間。

10、等度方法不給運(yùn)行時間，通常為3倍的主峰保留時間。

11、液相溶液描述：

Buffer solution 緩沖液
Test solution. 供試品溶液
Blank solution. 空白溶液
Resolution solution. 分離度溶液
