超寬帶可調(diào)諧激光器(400~2300nm)
TLS系列超寬帶可調(diào)諧激光器是基于加拿大Photon etc公司的可調(diào)諧濾波器技術(shù)及超連續(xù)譜光源技術(shù)研發(fā)而成的。調(diào)諧范圍從可見光到近紅外，激光線寬zui小可達(dá)0.3nm。在整個(gè)調(diào)諧范圍內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)*的準(zhǔn)確性（precise up to 0.05 nm)及精確度（accurate up to 0.1 nm)。
