One StepAmphetamine Test Device

A rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Amphetamines in human urine.

For healthcare professionals including  professionals at point of care sites

For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.

The urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container. Urine collected at any time of the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible particles should be centrifuged, filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain clear specimen for testing.

Specimen Storage

Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to assay. For long-term storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.

Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30oC) prior to testing.

1.     Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2.     Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). See the illustration below.

3.     Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes.  Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESUL

NEGATIVE:* Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line should be in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration is below the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).

* NOTE: The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but it should always be considered as negative whenever there is even a faint line.

POSITIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T). This positive result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration exceeds the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).

INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediay and contact your local distributor.

      下午2點(diǎn)整，在陽(yáng)光下，在歌聲里，在球場(chǎng)上，番禺創(chuàng)新科技園的*屆趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)拉開(kāi)了序幕！隨著主持人高昂的聲音，球場(chǎng)上攢動(dòng)的人群排列成了整齊的隊(duì)伍。領(lǐng)隊(duì)高舉著各支代表隊(duì)的牌子站立在隊(duì)伍的zui前方，參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員們摩拳擦掌興致高昂地排列在隊(duì)伍里，等待著運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的開(kāi)始。接著，科技園的，廣州市登山行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)表講話，預(yù)祝本次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)取得成功！

開(kāi)幕式結(jié)束后，在主持人的帶領(lǐng)下，運(yùn)動(dòng)員們完成了熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)，即將到來(lái)的，便是令人熱血沸騰的運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)比賽了。本公司的*項(xiàng)比賽項(xiàng)目是考驗(yàn)身體協(xié)調(diào)和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的雷霆戰(zhàn)鼓。隨著哨聲響起，六位同事用協(xié)同的步伐和節(jié)奏，小心翼翼地顛動(dòng)著鼓上的氣球，兩位同事在旁蓄力以待，隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備著把顛落的氣球撿回。緊張，激動(dòng)，每一位同事都在努力地完成著比賽。隨著裁判結(jié)束的聲音響起，同事們才放松下來(lái)，但是由于疏于運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因，在此項(xiàng)目上我們的成績(jī)并不理想。公司詹總此時(shí)為大家鼓舞打氣，讓大家重振士氣，并在接下來(lái)的比賽中取得了更好的成績(jī)。

 時(shí)間來(lái)到下午的三點(diǎn)鐘，健侖生物的各位同事們正進(jìn)行著點(diǎn)球大戰(zhàn)項(xiàng)目的比賽。伴隨著陣陣歡呼聲，只見(jiàn)各位同事踢出一個(gè)又一個(gè)令人激動(dòng)的進(jìn)球，得分也水漲船高。zui終，健侖生物公司在此項(xiàng)目上取得了前五名的好成績(jī)。在中場(chǎng)休息的時(shí)候，詹總召集大家進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)短的總結(jié)，并鼓舞大家繼續(xù)努力，爭(zhēng)取更好的表現(xiàn)。果不其然，在接下來(lái)的龜兔賽跑和超級(jí)投籃的環(huán)節(jié)中，同事們的表現(xiàn)越來(lái)越出色，展現(xiàn)了健侖生物公司的積極面貌和團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的公司文化。

 四項(xiàng)比賽項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后，趣味競(jìng)賽也告一段落，接下來(lái)進(jìn)行的則是令人期待的彩色歡樂(lè)跑。跑步是一項(xiàng)zui基礎(chǔ)的運(yùn)動(dòng)，能夠增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)和耐力，是zui健康有效的鍛煉方式。而本次彩色歡樂(lè)跑，則是在彩粉中，圍繞科技園園區(qū)進(jìn)行的長(zhǎng)達(dá)三公里的跑步比賽。在大家戴上防目鏡和頭巾之后，隨著彩粉的拋撒，比賽正式開(kāi)始。而健侖生物當(dāng)中，*的是公司詹總，他揮舞著旗桿，*在大隊(duì)伍的前方，也象征著健侖生物要在國(guó)內(nèi)做zui出色的生物公司，做*同行的*！而各位同事也不甘落后，卯足了勁沖刺在賽道上。團(tuán)結(jié)，友愛(ài)，互助，拼搏，高效，追求*的公司文化在本次比賽中展現(xiàn)的*。

下午五點(diǎn)整，隨著zui后一位運(yùn)動(dòng)員沖過(guò)終點(diǎn)，運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的比賽也落下了帷幕。在接下來(lái)的頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上，獲獎(jiǎng)隊(duì)伍和運(yùn)動(dòng)員得到了表彰和獎(jiǎng)品，運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)結(jié)束了，但是通過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)收獲的成功和精神會(huì)一直流傳，成為廣州健侖生物前進(jìn)道路上一道閃亮的風(fēng)景！

遞質(zhì)的釋放當(dāng)神經(jīng)沖動(dòng)抵達(dá)末梢 時(shí)，末梢產(chǎn)生動(dòng)作電位和離子轉(zhuǎn)移C+由膜外進(jìn)入膜內(nèi)，使一定數(shù)量 的小泡與突觸前膜緊貼融合起來(lái)，然后小泡與突觸前膜粘合處出現(xiàn) 破裂口，小泡內(nèi)遞質(zhì)和其他內(nèi)容物就釋放到突觸間隙內(nèi)。突觸前膜 釋放遞質(zhì)的過(guò)程，稱(chēng)為出胞（exocytosis）或胞裂外排。在這一 過(guò)程中，C+的轉(zhuǎn)移很重要。如果減少細(xì)胞外C+濃度，則遞質(zhì)釋放 就受到抑制；而增加細(xì)胞外C+的濃度則遞質(zhì)釋放增加。這一事實(shí)說(shuō) 明，C+由膜外進(jìn)入膜內(nèi)的數(shù)量多少，直接關(guān)系到遞質(zhì)的釋放量； C+是小泡膜與突觸前膜緊貼融合的必要因素。一般認(rèn)為，C+可能 有兩方面的作用：①降低軸漿的粘度，有利于小泡的移動(dòng)；②消除 突觸前膜內(nèi)的負(fù)電位，便于小泡與突觸前膜接觸而發(fā)生融合。小泡 破裂把遞質(zhì)和其他內(nèi)容物釋放到突觸間隙時(shí)，其外殼仍可留在突觸 前膜內(nèi)（也可與突觸前膜融合，成為突觸前膜的組成部分），以后 仍舊可以重新恢復(fù)原樣，繼續(xù)合成并貯存遞質(zhì)。

When the vesicle ruptures to release the transmitter and other contents into the synaptic cleft, the outer shell can remain in the presynaptic membrane (it can also be fused with the presynaptic membrane and become an integral part of the presynaptic membrane). It can be restored to its original state and continue to be synthesized and stored.
