 影響因素細胞周期內有兩個階段zui為重要：G到S和G到M；這兩個 階段正 處在復雜活躍的分子水平變化的時期，容易受環境條件的 影響，如 果能夠人為的進行調控，將對深入了解生物的生長發育 和控制腫瘤 生長等有重要意義。已發現很多體內因素可以激發或 抑制細胞的增殖，例如多種激素、 血清因子、多胺、蛋白水解酶 、神經氨酶、cMP、cGMP以及甘油 二脂（DG）、 三磷酸肌醇（IP ）和C信使系統等等。細胞內 cMP濃度增加對細胞增殖有抑制作用 ，凡能使細胞內cMP增高的 因素都能抑制細胞的增殖，降低細胞 生長速度；反之，凡能使細胞 內cMP含量下降的因素都能促進DN 的合成與細胞的增殖。細胞周 期的各期中的cMP含量也不相同（ 見表）。在中國倉鼠卵巢細胞 株中，M期cMP含量zui低，M期后cMP 的水平增高三倍，從G早期 至G晚期，cMP水平降低到中等水平， 直至S期仍維持低的水平胰 臟(pncres)：一個大而細長的葡萄串 狀的腺體，橫于胃后，居 脾臟和十二指腸之間；其右端（胰頭） 較大、朝下，左端（胰尾） 是橫著的，尾部靠著脾，是人體一個 重要的臟器。
