我國IgA的發病率占原發性腎小球疾病的 26%～34%。男女之比大約是2:1。以血尿為主的IgA目前尚無* 的治療。由于本病的病理類型及腎小球受損程度的差異較大。因 此，應嚴密觀察患者肉眼血尿發作的頻率、蛋白尿的程度、有無 高血壓及腎功能受損程度，而分別采取相應的防治措施。腎小球 是一團球形的毛細血管網。入球小動脈自血管極進入腎小，分為5 ～8支，繼而分成許多袢狀毛細血管。這些毛細血管盤繞成5～8個 毛細血管小葉或節段(Segment)，小葉內的毛細血管之間有系膜組 織相連接，毛細血管之間的吻合支很少。每個小葉的毛細血管再 依次集中為較大的血管，然后再與其他小葉的小血管匯合為出球 小動脈，從血管極離開腎小球腎小球毛細血管與身體其他部位毛 細血管相比，有兩大特點：①腎小球入球小動脈平直，短而粗， 出球小動脈屈曲，細而長，從而使腎小球毛細血管的內壓力較一 般毛細血管高出2～3倍，這一特點在腎皮質腎單位尤為明顯，這 種結構顯然有利于腎小球毛細血管的濾過作用和原尿生成；另一 方面也容易使血流中的一些特殊物質(免疫復合物、大分子物質， 血細胞等)在毛細血管壁沉積而導致損傷。

The capillary of each lobule is in turn concentrated into a larger blood vessel, and then merges with the small blood vessels of the other lobule into the exiting arterioles, leaving the glomerular capillaries from the vascular poles to be compared with the capillaries in other parts of the body There are two main characteristics: 1 The glomerular arterioles are straight, short and thick, and the arterioles are flexed, fine and long, so that the internal pressure of the glomerular capillaries is 2 to 3 higher than that of the common capillaries. Times, this feature is particularly evident in renal cortical nephron, this structure is clearly conducive to the filtration of glomerular capillaries and the formation of the original urine; on the other hand, it is also easy to make some special substances in the blood flow (immune complexes , macromolecules, blood cells, etc.) are deposited on the capillary walls and cause damage.
