【功能介紹】

可以檢測尿液中是否含嗎啡成分。從而定性判斷被測者是否吸食了嗎啡。 

【樣品要求】

用一次性尿杯收集尿樣，無需處理可直接檢測。

【檢驗方法】

1、測試前先閱讀使用說明書；

2、用干凈尿杯取尿樣；

3、從鋁箔袋中取出檢測卡，置于干凈平坦的臺面上，用吸管；垂直滴加2-3滴尿樣到加樣孔中；

4、3-5分鐘讀結果。為確保結果的準確性，請勿在5分鐘后判讀結果。

【結果解釋】

1、陽性：在反應區內只出現一條紅色質控線。

2、陰性：在反應區內出現質控線和反應線兩條紅線。

3、無效：在反應區內質控線未出現，需重新測試。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡在室溫下一次性使用，不得重復使用；

2、檢測卡從鋁箔袋中取出后應在30分鐘內盡快使用

3、3~5分鐘內判定結果，10分鐘后的結果無效

4、謹防檢測卡受潮，檢測卡受潮或鋁箔袋破損后，檢測卡不能使用

5、由于標本采集時存在差異，檢測過程中可能出現質控線C和反應線T的顏色深淺或明暗不等，但只要可見，不管其顏色深淺或明暗均應視為出現。

結核性胸膜炎

診斷
病史
肺結核是呼吸道傳染病，與排菌病人的密切接觸對感染及發病有重要關系，故要了解與開放性病人的接觸病史。了解有無發生過結節性紅斑，結核風濕關節炎、泡性角膜結膜炎史。胸膜炎、周圍淋巴結結核、肛瘺等。有無使用腎上腺皮質激素、糖尿病史等。
結核菌的涂片和培養檢查
利用痰或分泌物（膿）、滲出液進行涂片檢查可提供結核桿菌存在的依據，目前多采用齊爾－內爾森二氏抗酸染色法。結核菌的數量在10000/ml可為陽性，若細菌數量少于此量則呈陰性。還可利用合成培養基，因結核菌繁殖緩慢需要4～8周方能獲得結果。目前多用勒文斯坦－延森二氏改良培養基。培養出結核菌應進行煙酸試驗及過氧化氫酶試驗，陽性者可與其他非典型抗酸菌桿菌相區別。
X射線檢查
利用細菌X射線檢查，可了解肺部損害情況。此外，骨、關節結核病 X射線照片對診斷也有重要意義，泌尿細菌器結核病時的上行性及逆行性腎盂造影、腸結核的胃腸鋇劑造影也是診斷這些疾病的重要手段。
結核菌素試驗
此檢測系是否受過結核菌感染的指標。已受過感染者則多呈陽性，未受過感染者則多為陰性。近來用結核菌素試驗判斷結核病的活動程度有一定參考價值。方法是使用舊結核菌素 (OT)1:2000倍0.1ml(5TU)或 PPDRT-230.1ml(結核菌純蛋白衍化物)3TU注射于左前臂屈側中央，經48～72小時后測量硬結直徑(不是發紅直徑)。但應注意對結核菌素試驗反應，會因受測者當時的免疫狀態而有所不同。如病毒感染、癌、結節病、應用免疫抑制劑、嚴重感染以及皮質激素治療、細菌反應前期（感染后2～8周，尚未完成細胞免疫時），可呈現暫時性陰性結果。
