Nestin 巢蛋白（鼠單克隆抗體）

巢蛋白(Nestin)是一個200kD 第Ⅵ類中間絲蛋白, 主要在早期胚胎發生的神經上皮干細胞及肌腱和神經肌肉關節發育過程中表達。一般人們認為巢蛋白(Nestin)是一個合理的神經元參考依據。不過，近來研究表明它也可以在其他類型的細胞比如內皮細胞中表達。巢蛋白(Nestin)不僅可以驗證zui原始的神經上皮，還可以驗證其他胚性組織，因此它對中樞神經系統并不具有特異性。在幾乎所有的膠質細胞瘤和黑素瘤（原發黑素瘤和轉移黑素瘤）中都可以表達巢蛋白(Nestin)，但是巢蛋白(Nestin)不在任何轉移癌中表達。

Nestin is a 200 kD Type VI intermediate silk protein that is expressed primarily in neural embryonic stem cells and in the development of tendons and neuromuscular joints in early embryos. It is generally believed that Nestin is a reasonable neuron reference. However, recent studies have shown that it can also be expressed in other types of cells, such as endothelial cells. Nestin not only verifies the most primitive neuroepithelial but also verifies other embryonic tissues, so it is not specific to the central nervous system. Nestin is expressed in almost all glioma and melanoma (primary melanoma and metastatic melanoma), but Nestin is not expressed in any metastatic cancer.
