Cytokeratin 5/6(細胞角蛋白5/6)

在正常組織中，鱗狀上皮和導管上皮的基底細胞以及部分的鱗狀上皮生發層細胞、肌上皮細胞和間皮細胞陽性，腺上皮細胞陰性。因此，可用于鱗癌和腺癌、間皮瘤和腺癌的研究。亦可用于導管上皮良、惡性增生的研究。
