嗜鉻素A(CgA)是人類腎上腺髓質中含量zui高的一種可溶性酸性蛋白，不僅存在于神經內分泌細胞的分泌顆粒中，也廣泛分布于所有含有顆粒的內分泌細胞和神經內分泌細胞來源的腫瘤細胞中，主要用于研究神經內分泌細胞及其來源的腫瘤如垂體腫瘤、胰島細胞瘤、嗜鉻細胞瘤、甲狀腺髓樣癌、類癌等。
