細胞角蛋白是一種常用的腫瘤免疫組織化學標記物，陽性表達見于上皮細胞、間皮細胞；癌間皮瘤等。細胞角蛋白（cytokeratin CK）主要分布于上皮細胞，是角質細胞中的主要骨架蛋白，這種結構蛋白的主要功能是維持上皮組織的完整性及連續性。研究發現細胞角蛋白（CK）具有*的保守性和組織分化特異性，與上皮細胞的增殖分化密切相關。目前已得到證實的細胞角蛋白有20多種。

CAM5.2低分子細胞角蛋白（鼠單克隆抗體）

預防以自動免疫為主，在我國常用白百破（白喉類毒素、百日咳桿菌Ⅰ相滅活菌苗、破傷風類毒素，DPT）三聯菌苗，接種對象為一歲以下幼兒。接種后能顯著降低發病率和死亡率。但目前使用的死菌苗在一定的副作用，在安全性、免疫原性方面均有進一步改進的必要。
治療可用紅霉素、氨芐青毒素等。 百日咳桿菌
急性傳染病百日咳的病原菌。
1906年，比利時細菌學家和免疫學家鮑臺和讓古發現，又稱鮑--讓桿菌。他們同時發明了百日咳桿菌菌苗。他們在研究中發現，百日咳桿菌含有對熱不穩定物質，將其注入豚鼠和家兔腹腔或靜脈中，能將動物殺死。如給皮下注射則產生皮膚壞死。從有病的孩子臨床表現以及百日咳菌苗的副作用等均表明百日咳桿菌具有特殊的致病物質。以后許多學者從各個側面研究百日咳桿菌的致病物，又陸續發現該菌含有多種生物學活性物質，其中有些物質與治病作用密切相關。近年來，日本、美國等許多學者已經研究制備百日咳無細胞菌苗代替全細胞菌苗，可顯著減低全細胞菌苗的毒性反應。由于百日咳是一種常見的呼吸道感染病，所以應廣泛地進行百日咳菌苗預防接種，一般新生兒生后三個月即可注射百日咳菌苗。由于百日咳菌苗的毒性反應使特異預防受到限制，應加速研抗原抗體性低免疫效果好的無細胞菌苗
病因
由剛地弓形蟲所引起，呈流行。特殊人群如腫瘤患者、免疫抑制或免疫缺陷患者、先天性缺陷嬰幼兒感染率較高。
臨床表現
一般分為先天性和后天獲得性兩類，均以隱抗原抗體染為多見。臨床癥狀多由新近急抗原抗體染或潛在病灶活化所致。
先天性弓形蟲病的臨床表現復雜。多數嬰兒出生時可無癥狀，其中部分于出生后數月或數年發生視網膜脈絡膜炎、斜視、失明、癲癇、精神運動或智力遲鈍等。下列不同組合的臨床表現：視網膜脈絡膜炎、腦積水、小頭畸形、無腦兒、顱內鈣化等應考慮本病可能。
