| 背景 | C-X-C Motif Chemokine 3 (CXCL3) is a secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine alpha (chemokine CXC) family. CXCL3 controls the migration and adhesion of monocytes and mediates its effect on its target cell by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CXCR2. In addition, CXCL3 is thought to play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. |
| 溶解方法 | Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. |
