| 背景 | C-C Motif Chemokine 18 (CCL18) is secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL18 is expressed at high levels in the lung, lymph nodes, placenta, bone marrow, and dendritic cells. CCL18 is a chemotactic factor that attracts lymphocytes but not monocytes or granulocytes. CCL18 may be involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles in lymph nodes. CCL18 attracts naive T-lymphocytes toward dendritic cells and activated macrophages in lymph nodes. It has chemotactic activity for naive T-cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells and thus may play a role in both humoral and cell-mediated immunity responses. |
| 溶解方法 | Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. |
| 保存方法 | Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. |
