SM303 TE制冷式光譜儀
SM303制冷式光譜儀是一款科研級，高性價比，高信噪比，高量子效率，低雜散光的光譜儀。是測量弱光源的*。SM303制冷式光譜儀采用濱松 S10420-1106 背照式CCD，1024像素，具有較高的分辨率和靈敏度。SM303在紫外波段表現尤為出色，而且動態范圍高。它可以提供850nm的測量范圍。有效光譜測量范圍：200-1050nm。制冷型探測器通過降低噪聲水平可以探測到極低的信號光。
光譜儀軟件包括基于Windows的SM32光譜采集和分析軟件，以及SDK和DLLs供客戶自行開發。
