ZYX-2000海綿壓陷硬度測(cè)試儀
一、海綿壓陷硬度測(cè)試儀用途：泡棉壓陷硬度應(yīng)力測(cè)試儀用于測(cè)定多孔彈性材料的凹入硬度。
二、海綿壓陷硬度測(cè)試儀原理：將試樣置于壓盤下，由電腦控制，將海綿隨壓力變化的彈力特性計(jì)算出來、生成彈力特性變化曲線，把特性曲線打印出來，無控制面板,直接采用電腦控制，高分辨率平面圖象顯示，測(cè)力讀數(shù)自動(dòng)選程。本機(jī)精度±0.5%,測(cè)力傳感器zui高精度可達(dá)1/1000個(gè)單位。加載速率1000/s。可存貯多個(gè)測(cè)試方法并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行恢復(fù)。
丁字頭運(yùn)動(dòng)顯示讀數(shù)可精確至0.001mm，丁字頭位置可精確至0.001mm。精密滾珠絲杠及引導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)、高精度閉環(huán)速度控制器、緩行裝置及可選快速返程、微機(jī)RS232接口，定載及行程保護(hù)限制，即時(shí)負(fù)載及拉伸循環(huán)測(cè)試，長(zhǎng)期蠕變測(cè)試。
