DJC-1型單根電線電纜垂直燃燒燃燒試驗機適用范圍：
適用于測定單根塑料線、控制線、交聯、電梯、船用、礦用電纜等垂直燃燒不蔓延性能。還可做高自熄性低煙無鹵阻燃聚烯烴絕緣料和 105℃低煙無鹵阻燃烯烴輻照絕緣料的垂直燃燒試驗。DJC-1型單根電線電纜垂直燃燒燃燒試驗機是對單根電線電纜進行耐燃燒試驗的設備，具有準確度高，自動計時，自動結束試驗，操作簡便等優點。
單根電線電纜垂直燃燒燃燒試驗檢驗目的：
當電線電纜產品發生短路或接觸火種時，可能會使絕緣或護套發生燃燒，在不少要求嚴格防止火災場合中（煤礦、船、地鐵、商場等公共場合）要求萬一發生燃燒時，火焰應不蔓延，而在一定時間和一定長度上自行熄滅，這稱為不延燃性。有些場合中，產品如不具這種功能，將會造成極其嚴重的人身傷害和財產損失。
因此在生產過程中，要求具有不延燃性能的產品普遍采用聚氯乙烯，氯丁橡膠和丁胺聚氯乙烯復合物作為絕緣和護套材料，這些材料被燃燒時會釋放出氯氣起著阻燃作用。有時為了增強阻燃的效果，還加入某種阻燃劑。
