71號細胞分離試劑是BI公司*開發的不含任何酵素、蛋白水解酶及動物組分的一種試劑。運用離子螯合技術使貼壁細胞溫和的脫 落，zui大程度地保留完整的細胞表面蛋白及其生物功能，長時間使用也無需擔心細胞受損。可適用于血清及不含血清培養細胞，貼壁更緊密的細胞可選用木瓜蛋白酶 或結晶胰酶。

Papain Dissociation Solution，貨號 : 03-072-1B，木瓜蛋白酶分離溶液

水晶胰酶對細胞損傷較小、細胞存活率高，較長時間的使用也無需擔心。

木瓜蛋白酶與胰酶相比有更廣泛的特異性，更廣泛的降解蛋白物質，效率更高，對細胞、組織造成的損害更小，極少負面的影響，同時避免了動物成分的污染。

木瓜蛋白酶分離溶液的使用方法：

1. 使用不含鈣和鎂的PBS溶液沖洗細胞

2. 每一個T-25培養瓶中加1ml的木瓜蛋白酶分離溶液

3. 15-30°C孵育，當細胞*分離，快速將細胞懸浮在5-10ml生長培養基中。

4. 離心細胞，去掉上清
