Nucleosil NH2 氨基柱
※ Nucleosil 高性能硅膠，特殊技術(shù)鍵合，使NH2鍵合相在水相介質(zhì)中穩(wěn)定，低流失，保證柱子長壽命※ 鍵合相采用非端基封尾，具有更廣泛的選擇性※ 有100, 120 and 300 Å，三種孔徑；有3um, 5um, 7um, 10um 四種粒度
※ pH stability at 20 °C: 2–8, carbon content 3.5 %※ 可以使用多種流動(dòng)相體系，分析不同性質(zhì)樣品：
* 正相流動(dòng)相（正乙烷，二氯乙烯，異丙醇），分析苯胺取代物，酯類和有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥
* 水和有機(jī)物作為正相流動(dòng)相，可以分析極性樣品，如：糖類、植物甙類
* 反相中添加緩沖鹽，作為弱離子交換體系可以分析有機(jī)酸類，陰離子化合物
