產品描述
R-Spondin-1（Rspo-1）屬于Wnt調節劑的（Rspo）家族。目前，該家族由四個結構相關的分泌配體（Rspo 1-4）組成，所有配體都含有弗林樣結構域和血小板反應蛋白結構域。Rspo-1在發育中的中樞神經系統的某些區域以及腎上腺、卵巢、睪丸、甲狀腺和氣管中表達。Rspo可以以刺激Wnt/β-catenin信號通路的方式與Frizzled/LRP6受體復合物相互作用。重組人R-Spondin-1是一種25.6kDa的蛋白質，由243個氨基酸殘基組成。隨著類器官領域的擴大，R-Spondin 1被廣泛用于類器官細胞培養中，作為促進3D類器官生長和存活的重要成分。
