產品描述
LXRE-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒（LXRE luciferase reporter plasmid）是翊圣生物自主研發的用于檢測LXRE轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。LXR（liver X receptor）是核受體轉錄因子家族的成員之一，它與PPARs、FXR和RXR有著密切的關系。LXR對膽固醇、脂肪酸和葡萄糖穩態有著重要的調節作用。
LXRE-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒主要應用于Liver X Receptor信號通路、藥物研究、相關基因的調控和功能的研究。
pGMLXRE-Lu是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個LXRE結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測LXRE的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得LXRE報告基因質粒更易于轉染。

運輸與保存方法
冰袋（wet ice）運輸。收到產品后放到-20 oC保存。
使用說明
pGMLXRE-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
