KM Formenbau工廠安裝了一套m&h在機(jī)測(cè)量軟件3D Form Control,自安裝以來，該軟件在KM Formenbau工廠運(yùn)行良好，沒有出現(xiàn)任何問題。一套3D Form Inspect軟件支持了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的四臺(tái)機(jī)床，并共享了所有的測(cè)量程序。在實(shí)際測(cè)量開始之前，軟件會(huì)根據(jù)用戶使用測(cè)頭角度的不同，自動(dòng)生成校驗(yàn)程序并執(zhí)行（已獲保護(hù)）。當(dāng)然，用戶也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，直接進(jìn)行工件測(cè)量。通常，測(cè)量前實(shí)施校驗(yàn)是必需的，尤其是對(duì)于高精度測(cè)量來說。此種方法可以有效補(bǔ)償機(jī)床熱影響和旋轉(zhuǎn)軸系統(tǒng)誤差的影響。補(bǔ)償后的測(cè)量結(jié)果可以和三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)（CMM）的測(cè)量結(jié)果保持*。
