內(nèi)燃叉車作業(yè)安全操作規(guī)程

Safe operation

1、駕駛員必須經(jīng)過勞動部門的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)持證上崗；

Professional license is necessary for operators

2、檢查燃油或加注以及電瓶檢查時(shí)不可吸煙或近明火；
Any sources of ignition are not allowed during fuel checking, refueling and battery checking.

3、門架前傾時(shí)嚴(yán)禁提升；

Uplifting mast is not allowed when the mast is in the forward position.

4、嚴(yán)禁載人行車，駕駛室內(nèi)不得乘坐他人，嚴(yán)禁貨叉升起時(shí)下面站人。
Trucks must not carry passengers, nobody must stand under the forks at any time.

5、嚴(yán)禁超載或偏載：嚴(yán)禁行駛中升降貨叉；
Overloading or unbalanced loads are not permitted, forks must not be lifted when the vehicle is in motion.

6、嚴(yán)禁急剎車或急轉(zhuǎn)彎，轉(zhuǎn)彎或超車時(shí)需打轉(zhuǎn)向燈、鳴喇叭。
No sudden braking, turning; when turning or overtaking use the indicator lights and sound the horn.
7、嚴(yán)禁故障車輛作業(yè)。
Broken trucks must not be used.

8、按要求穿戴防護(hù)用品，安全帽要系上帽帶
All relevant personal protective equipment must be worn at all times of operation.

日常保養(yǎng)

Daily maintenance

1、檢查發(fā)動機(jī)油油位；
Check the level of the engine oil
2、按時(shí)清潔空氣濾芯；
Check the air intake filters.
3、添加燃油應(yīng)確保清潔無水；
Make sure there is no water in the tank and that the tank is clean before refueling.
4、注意冷卻水位；
Check the cooling water level.
5、發(fā)動機(jī)散熱器應(yīng)保持清潔；
The cooling machine must be always kept clean
6、按時(shí)加注潤滑油脂（各油嘴）；
Lubricate every oilmouth regularly.
7、應(yīng)保持各液壓桿的清潔，防止生銹；
Keep the hydraulic pipes clean and check for rusting.

8、注意齒輪油油位。

Check the gear oil level.

1、出車前必須先檢查；

Safety check before operating.

2、行駛中遇前面有人應(yīng)在5 m以外發(fā)出信號；
Give signals to people standing within 5m of the front of the truck
3、廠內(nèi)行駛速度不超過15 km/h，廠門、電梯、拐彎、人多、通道狹窄等其它復(fù)雜區(qū)域時(shí)時(shí)速不超過10 km/h；
Trucks driving speed should be less than 15kph when driving inside the factory grounds and should be less than 10kph when passing the gate, elevators, people. Narrow passages and other complicated road areas.
4、行車時(shí)貨物低點(diǎn)離地應(yīng)在0.3~0.4 m；
The clearance between lifted objects and the ground should be between 0.3-0.4 metres when the vehicle is in motion.
5、轉(zhuǎn)彎不得過急，防止“自由轉(zhuǎn)彎”的傾向；
Avoid sudden turning.
6、上下坡應(yīng)緩慢而均速運(yùn)行，不得在坡道上轉(zhuǎn)彎；
Drive slowly when the truck is moving up or down a gradient. No turning is allowed whilst on a gradient.
7、不得橫跨坡度行駛，當(dāng)坡度大于10 %時(shí)，下坡應(yīng)倒車行駛；
Never drive across a gradient, when the gradient is greater than 10% reverse the truck to descend.
8、叉車人員載運(yùn)貨物前行時(shí)，如遇大型或笨重貨物去當(dāng)駕駛員視線時(shí)，應(yīng)采取倒車行使
When lifting objects large enough to obstruct the drivers view the truck must be reversed.

1、不超載，貨物要捆綁好，物上不準(zhǔn)站人；不準(zhǔn)駕駛員用濕手、油手開車。
Never overload always tighten the objects to be lifted, never allow people to stand on top of the objects to be lifted. The driver should always operate the steering wheel with clean and dry hands.
2、不準(zhǔn)單叉作業(yè)。
Never operate with only 1 fork.
3、不準(zhǔn)將貨物升高長距離行駛。
Never drive long distance with a raised load.
4、不準(zhǔn)用貨叉挑翻貨盤的方法取貨。
Never use the fork to overturn the pallet.
5、不準(zhǔn)用貨叉直接鏟運(yùn)化學(xué)藥品、易燃品等危化品
The fork should never be allowed to touch chemicals or flammable products directly.
