◆冷熱沖擊試驗箱用途 Application
冷熱沖擊試驗箱，用來測試材料結構或復合材料，在瞬間下經極高溫和極低溫的連續環境下所能承受的程度，藉以在zui短時間內試驗其因熱脹冷縮所引起的化學變化或物理傷害，適用的對象包括金屬、塑料、橡膠、電子。。。等材料，可作為其產品改進的依據或參考。

◆特點 Features
·此設備分為高低溫區、低溫區、測試區三部分，測試樣品*靜止。采用獨特之蓄熱、蓄冷結構，強制冷熱風路切換方式導入測試區，完成冷熱溫度沖擊測試。
·可獨立設定高溫、低溫及冷熱沖擊三種不同條件之功能，執行冷熱沖擊條件時，可選擇2槽或3槽之功能并具有高低溫試驗機的功能。

◆多種歐美企業進口壓縮機（Compressor）
為達到用戶對產品做極低的溫度測試，KSUN公司為設備配備了復疊式制冷系統。并采用低溫級為R23或R508B，高溫級為R404或R507的“綠色環保”制冷劑，根據美國環保部門標準，該類制冷劑可用到2030年之后，禁用日期還未確定；為使該制冷系統獲取更佳的制冷效果，KSUN公司為機械配備了世界*企業法國泰康（TECUMSEH）公司生產的全封閉式壓縮機，對于設備制冷有更高要求的則采用德國比澤比（Bitzer）或德國谷輪公司（DWM COPELAND）生產的半封閉式壓縮機。
