本試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是針對(duì)各種絕緣材料制成產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)線環(huán)節(jié)做在線高壓耐壓檢測(cè)使用，本試驗(yàn)臺(tái)可一次檢測(cè)100個(gè)產(chǎn)品，通過(guò)電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀設(shè)置好升壓速率和耐壓及裝卡好試樣后，試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上下電極固定板會(huì)自動(dòng)合攏，試樣夾具會(huì)自動(dòng)加緊試驗(yàn)，夾住試樣，并自動(dòng)升壓至設(shè)置電壓，當(dāng)耐壓時(shí)間到時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷試驗(yàn)電壓并自動(dòng)抬起到初始位置，耐壓檢測(cè)過(guò)程中，如果某一個(gè)試樣的耐壓強(qiáng)度不夠被擊穿時(shí)，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)切斷改產(chǎn)品回路的電壓，并記錄耐壓時(shí)間，同時(shí)其他被測(cè)樣品耐壓檢測(cè)正常進(jìn)行，被測(cè)時(shí)間到后，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)提示不合格產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)號(hào)（1-100號(hào)），當(dāng)試驗(yàn)完畢后方可檢出不合格產(chǎn)品。本試驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制系統(tǒng)采用真彩觸摸屏顯示方式。操作軟件界面包含設(shè)置參數(shù)及試驗(yàn)參數(shù)等可選項(xiàng)，系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠，故障率極低，可以運(yùn)用在生產(chǎn)線上大批量檢測(cè)絕緣類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。
