按說明書要求往水槽中加注純凈水，將霧化器電源插線插至后板“加濕器控制插座”上，軟塑料套管一頭插在霧化器出口處，另一頭插在頂板“進氣口”上，此時霧化器已與主機連接完畢。

4、狀態指示：當箱內濕度未達到所設定下限濕度時，工作和加濕指示燈亮，加濕霧化器工作，濕度上升至所設定之下限濕度后再間斷加濕，直至上限濕度時停止加濕。使濕度在所需求的范圍內波動。當濕度儀表顯示EFF時，則為溢出顯示，實際濕度超出濕度儀顯示范圍。此時可將培養箱外門打開，一般過一段時間會自動恢復顯示。如果濕度顯示低可以加濕。
