B2901A Keysight precision power supply / measuring unit (SMU) as a single channel, c o mpact structure of the economic efficiency of the desktop SMU, can output and measure the voltage and current. The smallest 100 nV fA/100 measurement resolution can be ac c uray characterized by the measured pieces.
