| 菌株特點: | ATCC 1001 Aspergillus oryzae,米曲霉 菌落淺黃綠色，反面為淺褐色，無滲出液，無可溶性色素，直徑53-55mm，稍厚，中心稍凸起，有放射狀溝紋，質地為絲絨狀，絮狀。分生孢子頭球形；分生孢梗莖壁稍粗糙，直徑8-10μm；頂囊球形，直徑20-30μm，表面3/4可育；產孢結構雙層，也有單層者；梗基4-6×3-4μm，瓶梗6-10×3-4μm；分生孢子球形，直徑3.0-5.0μm，壁光滑。 |
